Fleurs carotte curry

Spring Recipe

I present to you savory cookies shaped like flowers to celebrate the arrival of spring. The cookies and carrots are flavored with curry, and the carrot puree in the center adds a lovely orange color.🥕

Children will be delighted to discover such unique biscuits, providing them with an opportunity to explore new flavors! I came up with this recipe idea after seeing pictures on Mario Marziani’s Italian blog,  « impasto tutorial gusci di frolla da farcire ».🌼

Step 2 : The Flowers
  1. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface or a silicone mat.
  2. Using a large flower-shaped cookie cutter, form your biscuits. Carefully place them in a muffin tin. The petals should be raised to form the flower shape. Press each petal lightly against the sides of the tin to make them stick.
