Almond Milk Crepes

Ingredients
for 16 little crepes
- 1 cup (125 g) white spelt flour or all-purpose flour
- 9,5 fl oz ~1 cup + 2 tablespoons (270 g) of almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil (such as grapeseed)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of cane sugar
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk together until well combined.
- Cover the bowl with a towel and let the batter rest for about an hour.
- The batter should have a thin, liquid consistency. Add a little more almond milk if needed.
- Cook the crepes on a multi-pan crepe griddle.
