Gluten-Free Recipe
Today, I’m sharing a recipe for magical brownies… Red beans are finely blended, and you won’t even guess they’re the main ingredient! My daughter loved this recipe that I discovered on the website “How I Changed My Life.” 😊

Ingredients
- 1 cup ~8.5 oz (250 g) canned red beans
- 5 oz (140 g) dark chocolate
- 3.5 fl oz (100 ml) almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup ~3 oz (80 g) walnuts halves
- 2 tbsp (30 g) cane sugar
- 2 tbsp (20 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp (20 g) cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) baking powder
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
- Rinse and drain the red beans.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Crush the walnuts.
- In the bowl of your food processor fitted with the blade attachment, finely blend the red beans with almond milk to remove the bean skins.
- Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and add the melted chocolate, eggs, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and cornstarch.
- Mix all the ingredients well, then incorporate the crushed walnuts.
- Line a rectangular baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the batter.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350 °F (180°C) on the second rack for a convection oven.
- After cooling, remove from the dish and cut into squares.
